This invention provides a self propelled onion harvester by using adjustable digging angle. Depth of harvesting is adjustable to the operator whenever required. The engine is mounted at the front side of the machine and power from its engine is given to the gearbox and separating mechanism.
Field of invention-
The invention relates to the field of agriculture for development of farming and increased productivity of farming. Particularly this invention is related to small size farmers. In this invention we reduce time, manpower of onion harvesting and make it economically affordable to small size famer. This invention works on diesel engines and requires one driver to operate the machine.
Objectives-
1. To enhance the productivity of farmers.
2. To reduce human effort.
3. To increase the capacity of onion harvesting.
4. To increase the efficiency of onion harvesting.
5. To reduce the cost and time of onion harvesting.
